Every year, studios and networks spend hundreds of thousands of their prestigious dollars to make sure they have a successful awards campaign - one that starts with smaller independent/guild awards and ends with the big Oscar/Emmy. While in part I, we went over how the viewing platform works, part II will dwell over how the admin platform works. The Indee Admin platform is everything that the producer needs to successfully submit to their preferred guild. The admin platform was revamped for FYC when the FYC platform was built. In this case study, we'll go over four of its most distinct features - Screener Upload, Screener Publish, and the CMS.
Screener Upload
Needless to say, the Screener Upload workflow is essential to the system, its ease-of-use and simplicity being paramount. Considering the biggest studios upload hundreds of episodes among seasons, with multiple shows under multiple divisions, Upload is a relatively hard part of the system to maintain.

Screener Publish
Now that your content is all ready and set up, let's send some screeners. The FYC platform in Indee is geared towards specific guild publishing. You - as the producer - publish your content to a guild that you choose from a list, and generate a set number of PINs. You distribute the PINs to the guild members and request them to watch your content. Depending on the PIN that is entered on the viewing platform (refer to Cinema for Awards Part I), the guild member will be able to view only the content that you chose to publish for them.

Content Management System
The whole FYC platform is built for customization - everything visible can be and will be customized. From logos, to content, the client is the owner. And as a client, you have the power to change everything. So how to do you that? The Content Manager.
